WINE CHARACTERISTICS

having reached optimum ripening the grapes are selected and worked for a  short maceration process in order to avoid extraction of tannins, giving it a soft taste to the wine, which is usually obtained after a longer period of aging. It has an intense aroma and a harmonious, dry taste.

COMBINATIONS

Roasts, cheeses and wild game.  Best served at 15° - 18°C
