WINE CHARACTERISTICS

Erbaluce of Caluso “Baiarda” unlike the traditional Erbaluce of Caluso is fermented and aged for over 8 months in French oak barrels.  This allows the wine to become straw yellow in colour and have a spicy vanilla flavor.

COMBINATIONS

delicious as an aperitif and fish ors d’ouvres. Best served at 5° - 8°C
