Erbaluce Fiordighiaccio is a selection of Erbaluce grapes subjected to a treatment of cold maceration, made by injections of dry ice during 24 hours of soaking.
This way low the temperature obstructs primers of fermentation, the skin can give up all its scents and exotic fruit flavours to the must.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS

Pale yellow colour with scents of exotic fruit and wild flowers.
Harmonious, full taste with features of ananas, banana and apple.
Alcoholic content: about 12,5°.

COMBINATIONS

This wine is suitable for exacting palates, can be served  as aperitif or with fish.
Recommended temperature: 8 / 10°
