WINE CHARACTERISTICS

follows Martinotti method.  Fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks for 6 months, giving the wine a persistant perlage, a straw yellow colour and delicate, ethereal aroma that remind one of flowers in a field.

COMBINATIONS

this fruity wine is great as an aperitif or fish dishes.  Best served at 5° - 8°C.
