Erbaluce grapes from non-DOCG vineyards and DOC  grapes from Canavese Rosso

WINE CHARACTERISTICS

follows Martinotti method.  Fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless stee tanks for 6 months, giving the wine a persistant perlage.  The addition of red Canavese grapes DOC give this sparkling wine its rose colour.  It’s slightly fruity with floral notes.

COMBINATIONS

Delicious with aperitifs and seafood dishes.  Best served at 5° - 8°C
