WINE CHARACTERISTICS

The Erbaluce "PuntoZero" is a wine made using indigenous yeasts, followed by aging on the lees (fine) for a period
of 10-12 months. Yellow straw-colored with citrus and mineral scents, round and balanced on the palate.

COMBINATIONS

It can be served all through a meal at 8° - 10°C.
