Following the Martinotti method, the sparkling process takes place in an autoclave, giving the wine a fine and persistent perlage, a pale straw yellow color and an ethereal and delicate scent reminiscent of wildflowers.
this fruity wine is great as an aperitif or fish dishes. Best served at 5° - 8°C.
