Pomace of Erbaluce DOCG dried grapes.
The grappa of Passito is produced by distilling the pomace of Erbaluce grapes. It’s clear in colour, with a delicate floral aroma and a sweet taste with a persistant sensation of very ripe fruit. Best served at 15° - 18°C.
