WINE CHARACTERISTICS

The same grapes as the Canavese Rosso are used, but with a light maceration that avoids the complete release of the colour from the skins to the must. It has a fresh and slightly floral aroma.

COMBINATIONS

Delicious with starters, fish, frogs and snails. Best served at 8° - 10°C
