GRAPES USEDErbaluce of Caluso is the product of the same vineyard, whose growing gets lost in the dim and distant past on the beautiful morainic hills in Canavese.
Caluso vineyards are suitable for obtaining a unique and unmistakable wine among white wines, thanks to the particular conditions of the soil and a very favourable climate.
Masterly wine-making experience and sophisticated techniques, allow to obtain a genuine and natural product and to put in evidence its peculiar organoleptic features.
WINE CHARACTERISTICSColour: pale yellow with brilliant clearness.
Wine scent mixed with perfume of wild flowers.
Flavour: dry, cool with pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
Total acidity: 6,0 g/l of tartaric acid.
Minimum alcoholic content: 12°.
COMBINATIONSRecommended temperature for the tasting: 8/10°.
Thanks to its aromatic distinguishing features, Erbaluce perfecly combines with hors d'oevre, risotto, white meat and fish.
It's excellent as aperitif, too.
