Erbaluce of Caluso
Only in the best vintages is this jewel of the Calusiese viticulture that is obtained from the Erbaluce grape juice after a natural drying on racks of about 4/6 months. Following a minimum aging of 4 years, the Caluso Passito Riserva releases aromas of acacia flowers, honey, balsamic resinous notes and a warm, sweet, harmonious and velvety flavor.
Dessert wine and out of the meal, but for the most demanding palates the advice is to taste it with blue cheeses.
