WINE CHARACTERISTICS

Following the Martinotti method, the sparkling process takes place in an autoclave, giving the wine a fine and persistent perlage.
The addition of red grapes give this sparkling wine its rose colour. It’s slightly fruity with floral notes.

COMBINATIONS

Delicious with aperitifs and seafood dishes. Best served at 5° - 8°C
